看到朋友在Facebook分享了一則訪談，我一邊看一邊記起以前聽過的一個商業故事。

上面的新聞是說台灣初創（或許很多地區初創也一樣，不止是台灣初創），跨不出國際市場的原因。

我自己是從香港做遊戲至進入大陸市場，當中最常被問到的地方是「海外遊戲怎樣做？」 內地的團隊其實很想「出海」，但卻很擔心自己做不到。

我試過去了解「為甚麼有這樣的擔心？」

發覺最重要的原因：
1. 內地市場已足夠大
2. 海外沒有政策指引，不知可怎樣走

對不起，語言對國內的遊戲公司並不是大問題。我遇過有的做俄羅斯，有的是巴西，有的是菲律賓，也有印度及印尼。只要模通那商業模式，語言完全是無障礙。

當市場足夠大時，環球的野心便自然減弱，心目中可能只有同業對手，甚至好像小區食店一樣，「對手」只是隔壁店家。

首段說的那一個商業寓意故事是一位富翁徵集大家認為的「營商成功之道」，最後收到大量投稿，但這富翁最後選了一位八歲女孩的稿件，那女孩寫「成功之道是要有野心」。這女孩得到的獎品，便是這位富翁的遺產繼承。

故事結束時，有記者問那女孩為甚麼寫「野心」來投稿？

那女孩說：「她看到她姐姐想得到一件事時，不論是獎勵或男朋友，故必定會得到，而當中她姐姐常說，做人要有野心。」所以，這小女孩便寫到「要成功便要有野心」。

有野心才會持之以恆，有野心目標也會清晰，有野心才會想盡方式越級挑戰並且爭勝。

「安逸」原本是讓人清晰頭腦，重新出發。但「安逸平穩」卻令到人的能力被侷限。

現代的初創，比我十多年前創業的初創不同，個人感覺「現代初創太多創業資源了。
