我是吝啬达人

我常常一锅两用，舍不得浪费电。

我觉着，蒸一碗饭也要四十分钟，连饭带菜也是四十分钟。

关键是节了“能”还吃得健康：
蒸菜不上火，不产生油烟，又节省时间。

架在饭盆上的搁条就用两根竹筷，不用那种铝隔板。简单、方便。

很多菜都可以蒸来吃，味道很好。譬如，排骨、鸡肉，鱼干、豆腐干，南瓜、茄子、土豆等等。有的菜可以用佐料淹一下蒸，有的清蒸再回锅。

省时省事，何乐不为！
