**Es un fenómeno óptico el percibir el cielo de color azul. La luz es una forma de energía que se transmite en ondas electromagnéticas que pueden viajar en el vacío o en medios de transparentes como el agua y el aire.
El cielo se ve azul durante el día, ¿por qué? Como sabemos la luz blanca está compuesta por varios colores; Al penetrar en la atmósfera terrestre se difunde, adoptando finalmente el color azul quien es el más perceptible al ojo humano y por lo tanto el espacio se torna azul ante nuestra vista.** *Esa es la explicación de por qué una de las cosas más maravillosas de este mundo el cual es el cielo tiene ese color tan distintivo y relajante.*

Hi :)

The blue color of the sky is due to Rayleigh scattering. When sunlight passes through the atmosphere to reach us, most of the red, orange and yellow light (long wavelengths) passes without being nearly affected.
