Today, I'll be continuing my series. And this will make it the part 4 of it. In part 3, I discussed with you another simple way to feel happier as an entrepreneur, which was **Making Little Sacrifices** - I mentioned that when you make a little sacrifice to make someone else happy, you also feel a great deal of happiness by doing that.

In part four, I'll be discussing with you yet another simple way to feel happier as an entrepreneur, and that is **Giving Compliments**. We sometimes forget how powerful compliments are. One good compliment can brighten a person's entire day. It raises self esteem so much, that you'll be appreciated for giving a good compliment.

You may be thinking that that's going to be weird, or perhaps you don't like complimenting people. But the truth remains that, when you're able to make someone else feel good about themselves, you too feel good about yourself, because you know that you've helped to raise someone else's self confidence.

You may also feel that, people won't appreciate a good compliment, perhaps because you assume that they hear good compliments all the time. But it will surprise you, how rare good compliments are nowadays. What people get most of the time is criticism upon criticism. People really love good compliments, and moreover no matter how much they hear it, they still want to hear it more.

Back to why it's useful for you to give compliments as an entrepreneur - It will make you feel happier and good about yourself, because you know that your compliment will have a positive impact on who you're giving it to. 

Similar to making little sacrifices, giving honest compliments will make you feel happier as an entrepreneur. If you see something really nice about a person, compliment that thing about them. But don't go out of your way to give compliments; give only compliments that you feel are worthy. And in most cases, people have at least one thing about them that you can genuinely compliment. Thus, as an entrepreneur, simply make yourself feel happier by doing this.
