I suffer with the follow-through aspect myself. I've had a handful of ideas I either never got motivated for, didn't have the time, or lacked the capital needed to implement that I've later painfully watched be executed successfully by someone else (not stolen ideas, they fairly arrived at the same idea I did... purely my failure, not theirs).

I'd love to discuss your ideas. As far as having a partner... In *all* my businesses I have partners. I find partners who compliment my weaknesses and strengths. I have ***zero*** issue sharing business ownership with other people. If I have 100% ownership then I must do 100% of the executive/business development work. Additionally employees are never as motivated in the business's success as stakeholders are. With one or more partners who all together can smartly run and grow the business the burden on each individual is far less. 

For me personally this frees my time and effort up to start another business, or just to smell the roses. I'm a big believer that the mark of an excellent manager or leader is someone who puts the right people, processes, and structures in place such that the business runs smoothly and effectively whether they are present and engaged or unplugged and on vacation. In other words, you're done standing up a new business when you can walk away from it.

I'd rather own 10% of 10 businesses that require little attention from me than 100% of 1 business.
