Hello steemers. I'm going to say that our relatives are a cross between Homesteaders and small hobby farmers. They bought this old house built in 1901 on a small half acre of awesome dirt .. The place had not been taken care of at all and there hadn't been a Garden grown in many years .. The people that lived here before them rented it and destroyed it pretty much .. They got it at a deal of $16,000 ... It now provides most all of our Vegetables. All of our potatoes and cabbage .. Also we have 2 Mango Trees and guava trees. . The view of the mountains and the Sunsets alone is worth what we paid .. They are 52 yrs old and enjoying all of the hard work that it takes to can , Freeze and Preserve what they grow ..
