Best way to reset myself is crying

I consider myself a positive and happy  person, but sometimes life is just unpredictable. Some bad situations, simply I have to cry. Day after crying I feel catharsis and I feeling much better. One wise lady tell me that I can be happy because I can cry, that is a good thing, because that's the way to reset your self! 
What is your way?

I think sometimes just letting everything out is the best kind of therapy!  If you need to have a good cry to express what you're feeling then go for it. I think the big issues come when you bottle it up and then one day you just explode, like an over inflated balloon. There is no shame in crying!

I love crying! To be honest, the worst is when you can't cry...when the emotions are just stuck and you just feel unable to emote. There was a period of time in my life when I was going through a deep depression. It lasted about 4 months and during that time I also strived for the release of crying. It always felt good to do so and I always felt completely refreshed after letting out a few tears.
