Today an incredible flash flood in Uganda, inches of rain fell in just minutes and has caused much devastation. Here in Costa Rica it has been a stormy few days with torrential rain... but it is quieter to day with mild offshore winds, 3-4 foot surf and 27 Centigrade /78% humidity.
