# War!!!!

Boomed his voice over the onlookers. The deep growling exclamation was felt in their stomach, some were driven to vomit by the sheer impact of his voice. They had known it was inevitable for sometime now, but until 2 seconds ago had held out hope that it would fizzle out and dissipate into the ether like the last time the pandas had assembled their army. 

## You all know me, I lead you to victory against the giraffes, then again once the hippos attacked. And proved myself against the 2 year war with the zebras. Now I call upon every able bodied Tiger, Gorilla, Monkey and Pitbull to come, serve under me and teach the Pandas to remain in their own territory and leave us be. Who's with me?

Immediately Tiger sprang into action. 
#### "Finally!!, I'm in!"

This was what he'd been waiting for; a chance to show off and prove his worth. Years of training were finally paying off and he was ready to face those pandas.

With Tiger's outburst a murmur started in the crowd, a tension started to build, one question was on everyone's lips.
_Would this be the war that finally brought Gorilla out of retirement_, they knew Lion would need a trusty second in command and no one was better suited than Gorilla, he had seen more wars than everyone else combined. As if possessed by a universal spirit the crowd turned to Gorilla as one. Gorilla had felt the growing tension, he didn't need to hear Lion's speech to sense that war was coming. God knew he'd seen it enough, and now he was tired, he just wanted to look at his favorite barmaid and keep enjoying beers on the only bar stool that would hold him. He looked up from his glass, ready to tell everyone off, when something cracked inside. All these people depending on him, wanting to feel safe. He knew he wouldn't be much use but so be it, if it would help everyone feel safer he would go out to meet the pandas on their turf.

Said so softly that no one but the closest to him had heard, but it was enough to ease the tension in the crowd

## Who else

Once again Lion's voice snapped the audience back to reality. Yes, they had the start of a team but it wasn't enough.

##### We're in!

Exclaimed the monkeys, happy at the prospect to be fighting once again under their greatest general and with Gorilla by his side, they couldn't lose.

### "I'll come fight"
Came a voice rarely heard, such that everyone was surprised. It was [Pitbull](https://pbs.twimg.com/media/DJX-ekrVYAAuJLc.jpg). Usually so reserved and calm, a really down to earth guy, normally he would keep to himself, he did insist on everyone calling him Mr Worldwide, though what that meant no one knew. Still a another member was always welcome to battle

This was it, this would be the band of brother to go forth and fight the enemy on their turf. A preemptive strike, Gorrilla called it. 

In the dead of night they crept to their vantage point, and kept guard all night await for the pandas to emerge. Intel had informed them that the pandas were planning something today. The band of 8 sat quietly waiting the right time to strike. When the pandas emerged the band were struck down in shock, they couldn't believe what they saw.

The pandas were no more a threat now than last time. The band of 8 packed up their things and set off home. Preparing a story to explain their victory in battle against the vicious pandas.
