☆ 행복한 한끼☆60th 2021.5.9

주말이 끝나가는 아쉬운 저녁이네요~
지금까지 아이들 숙제를 봐주고, 학교 갈 준비를 함께 하고 이제야 여유가 생겼어요^^

오늘은 주말 아침에 간단히 먹었던 아침식사를 포스팅 하려구요~
그리고 어른들에게 ' 소고기 고추장' 이 있다면 
매운것을 잘 못먹는 아이들을 위해 ' 소고기 간장'을 만들었어요
먼저 소고기 간장 볶음입니다^^

< 소고기 간장 볶음 >

재료; 다진소고기, 견과류, 간장,다진마늘,꿀, 양파즙

먼저 만들기전에 집에 있는 견과류를 비닐에 넣고
돈까스 망치로 마구 두드려서 잘게 다져줍니다
( 저희집에는 캐슈넛과 아몬드가 있어서 두 가지만 했어요)

이제 다진 소고기와 양념 ( 간장,다진마늘,양파즙,꿀)
견과류를 넣고 볶아주면 되요~

*원래는 다진 소고기와 양념을 넣고 볶은 후에 견과류를 나중에 넣어야 하는데 생각보다 다진 소고기가 금방 익기도 하고 살짝 귀찮기도 해서  그냥 다같이 넣었어요

수분이 다 날라갈때까지 센불에 볶아줍니다

이렇게 만들어 놓으면 주먹밥, 비빔밥, 유부초밥등 활용할 수 있는 요리가 많아서 특히 아침식사를 준비할 때
너무 유용하더라고요^^

오늘 아침은 소고기 간장 볶음을 이용해 유부초밥을 만들었어요~
시판 유부초밥을 이용하는거라 너무 간단하지만
바쁜 아침 시간에 좋은 메뉴라서 포스팅해요^^

재료; 시판유부초밥, 소고기볶음

밥에 유부초밥에 들어 있는 소스와 조미볶음을 넣습니다

저희집 아이들은 스타일이 너무 달라서 각자 원하는대로 접시에 담아줬어요~
