♤맛있는 간식♤ 8th 2021.1 26

아침부터 비가 오네요~
비오는날의 간식은 역시 김치부침개죠^^

어렸을때 비오는 날이면 아빠가 돼지고기를 넣은 김치부침개를 참 많이 해주셨어요~
어릴 때 먹었던 그 맛이 아직도 기억에 많이 남아 지금도 가끔 아빠에게 해달라고 하는데 이상하게도 그때의 그 맛이 안나네요;;;;크면서  입맛이 변한건지 아빠의 레시피가 바뀐건지 모르겠어요~
암튼 우리 아이들도 엄마의 간식이 맛있는 좋은 기억으로 남았으면 좋겠네요^^

오늘도 돼지고기를 넣은 김치부침개를 하고 싶었으나 
냉장고에 없네요;;;;;
그래서 오징어를 넣었어요^^
부침가루에 김치와 오징어를 넣고 김치국물로 간을 맞추어 반죽을 만듭니다~
그리고 후라이팬에 부쳐주면 끝입니다~
(이건 저보다 잘하시는 고수님들이 많으셔서 레시피를 적기도 부끄럽네요;;;; 혹시 맛있게 만드는 노하우가 있으면 알려주세요~!!)

김치부침개에는 막걸리지만 아직 오전인 관계로 이따 남편 퇴근하면 같이 한잔 해야겠어요
요즘은 밤막걸리가 너무 맛있더라고요^^

맛있겠어요. ^^ 내일 1주일마다 돌아오는 쉬는 날이라서 공주 법화사에 쉬러 가는데 김치전 해달라고 주문해야 하겠어요. 비오는날 김치전 간만에 맛보겠네요. 

어려서 입맛이 바뀌거나 하지는 않았을 거예요. 옛날 자장면 생각해보면 식은 자장면은 하얗게 기름이 끼어서 굳어 지거든요. 아마도 그때 맛과 지금의 맛이 다른 이유는 요리할 때 사용하던 재료 때문이지 않을까 싶어요. 그 옛날에는 자장 볶을때 돼지 기름으로 했다고 하던데... . 

그런 생각이 드네요. ^^ 잘 봤어요.

댓글을 읽어보니 그럴 수도 있겠어요~
재료들이 좋아져서 엄마의 김치맛도 변했을거고
