<div class="text-justify">সার্জারির ব্যাথায় যখন তুমি কাতরাচ্ছ হাসপাতালের রেজিস্টার এসে তোমার কাছে জানতে চাইবে তোমার বাচ্চার পিতার নাম। তখন তুমি তাকে কি উত্তর দিবে, বল মা ? এদিকে আমাকে জন্মের সাথে সাথে কতগুলি টীকা দিবে, তাতে করে আমি নিশ্চিত যে আমার জ্বর চলে আসবে।পৃথিবীতে আসতে না আসতেই যন্ত্রণা শুরু হয়ে যাবে। পৃথিবীর অসচেতন কিছু মানুষের সৃষ্ট কার্বনডাইঅক্সাইড যুক্ত ভারি বাতাস আমি হয়ত নিতে পারবনা, তাই তোমরা আমার মুখে অক্সিজেন লাগাবে কিংবা ইনকিউবেটরে রাখবে। মাগো এত কষ্ট আমার ভাল লাগবেনা। তারচেয়ে বেশি ভাল হয় মা, যদি তুমি এখনই আমাকে মেরেফেলো। হাসপাতালের অবর্ণনীয় কষ্ট শেষে যখন বাড়ি ফেরার পালা তখন হয়ত তোমার পরিবারের কেউ তোমাকে বাড়ীতে ঢুকতে দিতে চাইবেনা।

 তোমার কলঙ্কের কারনে নাকি সবাই কলঙ্কিত হবে। মাগো, তোমরাতো সবাই জানো, তোমাদের ভালবাসার ফসল আমি। তোমাদের ভালবাসার কারনে আজ পৃথিবীর মুখ দেখার দ্বারপ্রান্তে। তোমরা এও জানো যে আমার পৃথিবীতে আসতে আমার কোন হাত নেই, আমি নিষ্পাপ, কিন্ত তা জানা সত্ত্বেও তোমারা আমাকে কেন গ্রহণ করতে চাইছ না ? সুকৌশলে একজনের পাপকে আরেক জনকে দিয়ে পাপী বানাতে তোমাদের মন একটুও কি কাঁপে না? কি করেইবা কাপবে, এটা তো তোমাদের রীতিনীতি হয়েগেছে। যে দেশের ডাক্তাররা রুগীর অসহায়ত্বকে অবলম্বন করে মানবিকতাকে বিকিয়ে দিয়ে সম্পদের পাহাড় করে। যে দেশের উকিলরা সম্পদশালীর অপরাধ গরীবের উপর চাপিয়ে দিতে কুণ্ঠাবোধ করেনা। যে দেশের মানুষেরা গরীব অসহায় মানুষের উপর নির্দ্বিধায় জুলুম অত্যাচার চালিয়ে সম্পদ ভক্ষণ করে সেই দেশের মানুষের পক্ষে আমাকে মেরে ফেলার চিন্তা করাটাই তো স্বাভাবিক।

মাগো, আমাকে তুমি মেরেই ফেল, তুমি আমাকে নিয়ে এই কঠিন পৃথিবীতে বাচতে পারবেনা। আমাকেও প্রতিনিয়ত বাস্টার্ড বলে গালি খেতে হবে। কিছু হায়নারদল উতপেতে থাকবে তোমাকে ভোগ করার জন্য। তোমার উপর আঙ্গুল তুলে তোমাকে অতিষ্ঠ করবে। ক্ষমতাশীল,  প্রগতিশীল, বুদ্ধিজীবী সকলেই ভাল মানুষের মুখুশের আরালে স্বস্ব ক্ষেত্রে হিংস্রতাকে লালন করে। তাই কারো না কারো কাছে তোমাকে মাথানত করতেই হবে। মাগো, আমরা হলাম এ সমাজের ভাসমান তৃণ, জলের স্রোতের সাথে আমাদের অবস্থানের পরিবর্তন হয়। আমরা কখনই নিজেদেরকে বিকশিত করতে পারবনা, পারব শুধু কচুরিপানার ফুলের মত নিজের সৌন্দর্যকে বিলিয়ে দিয়ে হিংস্র ভ্রমরের মধুর বিলাসি পাত্র হতে। এ সমাজ থেকে কখনই তুমি কিংবা আমি কারোই ভালবাসা পাবনা।

আজ আমি খুব খুশি, অবশেষে তুমি আমাকে মেরেফেলার সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়েছ। আমার মা কষ্ট থেকে চিরমুক্তির জন্য যে সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়েছে তা আমার ও আমার মায়ের জন্য অনেক ভাল। আমি জানি তুমি কষ্ট পাচ্ছ, কিন্ত কি করবা মা তোমার সমাজই যে এমন। জানো মা, আমার কোন কষ্ট নাই, কষ্ট শুধু একটাই তোমাকে আমি দেখতে পারলাম না। তোমাকে দেখার সাধটা থেকেই গেল। তবে ভেবনা, ইতিহাস পরিবর্তনের দিন এলে আমি আবার আসব এমনি কোন মাতৃগর্ভে কারো ভালবাসার প্রতিদান হিসাবে সেদিন হয়ত আমাকে আত্মহুতি দিতে হবেনা। তখন ঠিকই আমি আমার মায়ের মুখ দেখতে পাব। চলি............মা
