How to get a Great Deal on a House

The best part of my business is getting great deals on houses. Every house I buy I want to buy cheap enough to be able to flip it, whether it is a rental, my personal house or an actual flip. I did a video on how I find my deals.

Good vid. Too many consequences for me if I became an agent though. 
I don't want to be bound by the rules. 
But, you have a great argument for utilizing a license for an advantage. 
It's definitely a good idea for many investors. (just not me lol)
