I checked my list today due to this post which - I admit it - made me remove two votes. (After I wrote all the comments.) Before today, I updated it last time when the steemcommunity witness server was turned off. 
The two voted witnesses I'm referring to were @fbslo and @sapphic. Both have been minor witnesses before as far as I know. Which makes my decision to vote them in the past questionable anyway. *shrugs*

no not really. You were trying to support a smaller witness in the hope they could move up. 

If people don't support based on what they think is good choices then the witness votes get stagnant.

That's interpretation.  I don't believe in my vote that much.
I wanted to show my support because I liked a game from @fbslo and because @sapphic was a female witness. (Are there any female witnesses left now? ;))
Please don't make guesses if you could ask too. :)

@Patrice is a female witness. She's part of steemcleaners and does some great work on the platform. 

And of course there is @crimsonclad who is part of @followbtcnews .. both great choices. 

There are women on some of the other team witnesses like @helpie and @justineh who I think is with @c-squared.  Again good choices. 

@helpie supports newbies and does curation. @c-squared does curation. 

do you use Discord by chance? There are several Steem groups on there and that is where radios shows are held
