The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) has proposed a new regulatory body for Google and Facebook.

Hem When you reach a certain stage and you get the market power of both Google and Facebook, your specific responsibilities are increasing, which means additional review,  said Rod Sims.
 
Sims said that companies have a tremendous market share, and that Google has a web search share of 94 percent in Australia and that it can provide incentives for businesses to support their companies through advertisers by following a non-transparent path to ad rankings.

Olur Regarding the idea of the regulatory role would be to bring a proactive transparency,  said Sims. He said that both companies are very effective on news distribution.
