 We continue with the animal world of Helgoland. I was there during the mating season of the bass gannets and could watch the spectacle on the highlands of the island. I did this for a very long time and was able to take some nice pictures. It is only very sad when you see how much plastic they bring for the nest building and unfortunately also die partly if they get caught in it. --- Weiter geht es mit der Tierwelt von Helgoland. Ich war zur Paarungszeit der Basstölpel dort und konnte mir das Spektakel auf dem Hochland der Insel anschauen. Dies tat ich auch sehr lange und habe einige schöne Aufnahmen machen können. Es ist nur sehr traurig, wenn man sieht wie viel Plastik sie für den Nestbau heranschaffen und leider auch teilweise daran verenden, wenn sie sich darin verfangen.
