But tomorrow would be the start of General Community Quarantine. It thus means that there will be less restrictions but mostly for those at 21-59 of age. Those who are vulnerable, particularly ages below 20 and above 60, are not allowed to go out. However, it is still quarantine so it is encouraged that everyone should still stay at home if they won't do something important outdoors. #### Coronavirus cases The number of cases as of this moment globally is 4.44 million, including fatalities 302k and recoveries at 1.59 million. In United States, the numbers went up with 1.448 total, fatalities with 86k, and 253k has recovered. Russia is now second with most number of cases with more than 262k, followed by United Kingdom. While Spain is now at fourth. There are already more than 12k already here in the Philippines, including 806 fatalities, and 2,460 recovered cases. Here in Pangasinan, the recently announced two new cases, is actually only one. The other hand is still uder observation or investigation, thus a PUI. ### Guidelines released The local government has already released the guidelines for the General Community Quarantine. Other industries are now allowed to operate so the economy will gradually be restored. Other industries are under limited or still even prohibited. Mass gatherings are not yet allowed, and we are still encouraged to stay at home. At least there are some developments, but we still hope for safety. Meanwhile, a typhoon will hit our place, but hoping it won't be destructive. May everyone be safe.
