As he's undergoing treatment for hoarding OCD, he started to clean up his sloppy home. With the help of his friend, his house finally looked livable and neat. He still had some struggles fighting OCD as hoarding co-existed with another one, there's at least an improvement.

While he's walking at the sidewalks, he saw his friend nearby. They had a short talk, but he noticed something different with regards to his friend's behavior. He was then invited by his friend to come along to his house while before reaching his house, he warned him his house is sloppy.

He was not surprised when he reached his friend's house that it's messy. There's no judgment because he had been in such situation, and his behavior is similar to him. Instead, he talked to his friend if he's facing any mental health issues, which he initially denied because he's unaware such illness exists. With admission on what he's suffering of, he referred him to his psychologist friend for the treatment.
