As I have mentioned a few times before, I enjoy wandering around this country because I'm a stranger in a strange land as an American living in Thailand for nearly a year.  

I get on my bicycle and head out with no particular destination in mind.  Every now and then I find something interesting and today rather than scenery, I found mostly fun signs and products.

I had to look this up but Tango is a U.K. beverage company and as far as I know it isn't even available in stores here.  However, this small liquor store on my path today had this Ron Burgandy soda can which unfortunately wasn't for sale.  I suppose it's all for the best because since I will leave this country in a few months I don't suppose there is really much reason for me to be collecting stuff.

Why they would bother advertising this school in English at all is kind of a mystery to me since the idea is that their customers would be trying to learn English and wouldn't already be able to understand this sign.   I think it is even worse that this school is using pretty horrible English in their advert and capitalizing every single word.  

What does speaking powerfully mean?  This is what I thought of immediately...

I was kind of surprised that I didn't encounter really any temples today on my ride since they tend to be pretty much everywhere.   I did find one, and to be honest it was a  bit lackluster.  I did like this one statue though.  Sometimes "less is more" in that they didn't bedazzle it with fake rune-stones or gold the way that so many other temples do.

All in all it was a good day and i ended up getting 45 km of biking exercise in as well.  You never know what is around the corner and once again, it was fun getting lost.
