Thursday Night Pole Class - Working on Drops!

# The studio I was at last night has crazy tall poles!

They're probably more than twice the height I'm used to using, so it was a good chance to work on some drops. :D

This one is from an inversion to "crucifix", where you're holding on with just your legs.

It's all about trusting yourself and knowing when to start squeezing your legs again. By the end of class, I'd figured out at what point I needed to start squeezing my legs in order to be at a perfect height for my hands to reach the floor.
