I asked for an omelette with Mushroom, Cheese, and Tomatoes and it was cooked on the spot.
I added a piece of ham, 2 Hash browns, 1 Beef Sausage, 1 Pork Sausage, 1 grilled tomato, plenty of delicious mushrooms and a piece of grilled fish topped with tomato and greens. 
The fish was not as soft as I like, and the ham was tough. It was overcooked so I left it in the plate without finishing it. The Hashbrowns were crispy, both the 2 Sausages were nice and tasty and I love the fluffy done Omelette.

I did not take the food from Indian, Chinese, and Japanese selections as I was not that hungry after having some fruits and fresh raw Honey with toast.

This is the fresh Honey comb that the natural honey flows out. I used these fresh raw honey to spread on my toast.

See how these raw honey flows slowly into the bowl. Took some time for the honey to melt and flow into the bowl. Not enough for all unless you want to wait and queue. Some custoners decided not to wait and left for bottled honey, and other jam with their toast and bread.

I have taken this Chinese Porridge before on other occasions so I know for a fact that this is good and delicious. Only this time it was a little diluted. Still nice as I put in all the ingredients like Century black eggs, salted egg, preserved veg, Chinese Sausages (lap Cheong), peanuts, fried onions, fresh spring onions and crispy fried dough to go with the porridge.
