Can you mentally visualize yourself doing something? Well, I can tell you that it's hard to visualize yourself doing anything, but it is very possible to do. For example, I know people that can visualise themselves doing a presentation or sales presentation for an important client. I've also known people that can mentally visualize themselves doing pushups or any other strength training routine. The thing is, these are mental images that serve as fuel for success, but if you don't feed your brain with the right kinds of information, you won't use them correctly.

So can you visualize yourself doing things? Absolutely, and when you do, the important thing to remember is that visualization is an action as well as an act. This means that you need to take some action by reading books, attending seminars, networking with other people, going to the gym, and so on.

Some people use the visualization process to think about successful outcomes that they want to achieve. That's great, but not everyone wants to be a millionaire. If you're trying to be rich, you can still practice visualization techniques and get the same results. Some people even choose to wear meditation videos while they're driving to work or while they're sitting at home watching television to help themselves get in a positive state of mind.

Another question to ask yourself, can you visualize yourself doing these things? The answer is no, because our mind doesn't work that way. Our mind works according to what we've been taught, based on how we're taught, and also based on what we think other people think. We can't change other people, they are the ones who have given us our perceptions and ideas. So if we start to think that we can change them, then we can change our perceptions and ideas, but we can't really change our physical self.
