Will see  :) Licensing process is coming whether we want it or not, the only thing matters in which countries it will be regulated in the most strict way. For example, Switzerland might become again "offshore" territory for Bitcoin. 
It is hard to predict how the whole situation will develop​. I am buying popcorn​​  :)

I think now we are at a important point where interests from recognized people of government, banks, other companies constantly rising and there are many conflicts of interests, especially when it comes to banking.. if money floods around without fees for banks they are concerned. 

The ICO frenzy for me reached a point where it's natural that regulators come into play, because there are many people who rush in and get burned by thin air projects.. and there are a lot!

At the end of the day all want influence, all want be first also in cryptocurrency and FUD like 2 days ago by J.P. Morgan is a thing.. mmh if you see that they are in the Ethereum Allicance and organized a Bitcoin meeting for investors.. just wondering... time to buy? Yesterday i must create a meme because it seemed so ridiculous to me. I'll give no financial advice but for me that are clear signs it's a good time to be in the market.. but we'll see, all looking into this crystal ball and take the volatile ride.
