American IPAs tend to produce one of two aromas upon opening the bottle: pine or citrus. This is the latter. It's also not very bitter at only 35 IBU. It is reasonably strong though at 6.8% ABV. In fact, it's almost like an upgraded version of a cheap shandy. But that's a bit of an insult, really.

Well, my spirit isn't lifted much, but it is a delightfully refreshing beverage. Ninkasi tends to make a decent beer. This isn't too malty, too sweet, too bitter, or too carbonated.
