Science says that it's possible to achieve anything with our efforts and follow the right way to achieve anything. This doesn't mean that we have to put everything on it. Rather the human being, we can process a remarkable ability to develop our skills eventually. This is how the human brain evolves over time and these same things happen generation after generation.


But yeah, there are limits how far an individual can go. In most cases, our genes set some sort of boundary. But besides that, we can push our ability, develop our skills over the period of time. Our genes may set some performance limit but they do not determine performance. Like, what I was saying we ourselves can create opportunities and can determine our destiny. There is no limit.

*Regardless of what we got naturally, we can do improve every aspect of ourselves by practicing on it, putting our efforts to make it better. This is how we can maximize our potentiality. Just take an example from any successful person. An athlete doesn't come out as a successful athlete overnight. Practicing, working on it, motivating thyself, developing skills and adopting brings them success. This is how they became what they are now. Without deliberate practice, they will be nothing more than a regular sportsman.*

It may take some time to achieve our goals through this way coz this is the hard why. Practicing and working on the development is not an easy task. It's boring and sometimes frustrating if we can not see the result. If you don't believe me, just see for yourself, notice your surroundings, other successful people's work method, you will understand what practice makes them, how it helps them and everything. 


There are different methods to do practice in the right way. I'm gonna talk about it another day. But what I can teel now is, we have to change our mindset and have to believe that practice can help us to achieve anything we want in our lives in terms of 'work achievement'.
