Howdy sir dandays!  I was so happy to see this comment this morning and then I forgot to get back to it until now but that's only 12 hours, not bad for me! lol. Wow, I sure wish I could hear those animals over in the jungle there . . . the monkeys and birds. I suppose the monkeys are just playing around at sunrise?

The art piece, what to you call that one, a drawing? I'm glad it's going well. It sounds pretty amazing and I hope the guy loves it. I bet he will. 

I don't know much about Steem Monsters except that much smarter people than me say it can last whether Steemit is here or not so lots of people are putting a great deal of time and money and steem into it. I would just go to @ steemmonsters and read up on them or comment to them if you don't feel like learning on your own. Just don't start playing and get addicted! lol...too many people are doing nothing but playing that all day and night it seems.

About prices, it's very appealing but is $495 for a bike a good price? I have no idea what they cost. 

Regarding puravidaville's sugar free diet..I don't understand that one. Why is she doing that? I can understand no refined white or manufactured sugar but no fruit? What would be the basis for that? I'd last about a day on that! 

My new computer works very smooth and the new internet service at 25mps is very fast. We used to have to wait 10 or 15 minutes for those large posts with lots of pictures to load but now they load instantly so that saves a ton of time.

Mrs. J still loves her job but she needs to get back on days somehow. She's stuck on nights which is not only hard on her physically but she doesn't have a chance to see, meet or talk with any of the bosses. So we're believing that this has to be a very temporary situation. The job is frustrating just because of the other guards because they don't care about people. 

They're cruel, mean, and heartless. Just to give you a couple of examples...there is an old man in there, he has dementia. His daughter had him arrested because she claims that he abused her 30 years ago when she was a kid. Pretty interesting that she waits until he has dementia and can't hardly function for her to make that claim. I think she just didn't want to take care of him.

So he sits there in a cell by himself all day, no one talks to him, no one visits him. No doctors examine him to try to help with getting him into another facility who deals with patients like that. Whenever Mrs. J is on that hall she goes in and talks to him and tries to stimulate him to speak coherently so she can find out if he needs anything. Mrs. J's parents are both suffering from severe dementia and are in a facility. 

So the other guards laugh and mock that man, they think it's hilarious that he can't hardly communicate. They do that in front of her when both her parents are suffering from the same affliction.

She had been assigned to the womens' hall though for a few weeks now and that's really good for the women to have someone who can give them wise counsel and who cares about them. Last week they had a young lady come in, she was arrested for something minor, DUI maybe, and she was drunk. 

They called Mrs. J because the girl was "combative"...well, everywhere Mrs. J goes Peace goes before her. So when she gets there the girl calmed down, she needed to go to the bathroom so Mrs. J escorted her to the bathroom and they talked and everything was fine. The girl was drunk but not violent or a fighter. And spoken kindly too she was very calm. 

But the other people are rough and she claimed they treated her like an animal. Which is probably true. Well, Mrs. J had to go back to her hall but when over there where they had the girl, she was going to see how it was going. But she was shocked because I guess the girl had tried to use the phone in the cell and got mad and slammed the phone down and it broke a piece of plastic off.

I think the situation with her was that she had to be strip searched and she had a covering on her because I guess she was resisting the search and fighting with them, supposedly. When that happens after they search her they just have like a poncho type thing instead of her clothes.

Well when the guards saw that she had broken the phone they went ballistic and put her in the Chair. The Chair is like a Medieval torture chamber chair with chains and straps. They strap your legs together and shackle your ankles then chain that shackle to the back of the chair. They pull your arms back on each side and cuff and chain them to the back sides of the chair. And they have a strap that goes around your chest too.

In other words you can't move anything but your head. The thing is the guys had to come in and help put the girl in the chair and the poncho thing fell off so she was totally naked. Even the police officer there was questioning why she was totally naked with men around. 

By the time Mrs. J got there it was all over and the girl was in the chair. Mrs. J looked in the window and the girl was strapped and chained in, totally naked, her head down and just totally sobbing. It was heart breaking but she couldn't do anything about it because it wasn't her hall. What broke her heart was those guys, not the poice officer but the other stupid guards were laughing at the girl and mocking her. Mrs. J walked away holding back the tears.

That place really needs alot of reform and they need to get people in there that have compassion. It's a real spiritual battle going on but things are starting to change, many of the people are retiring or moving out of there.
