thank you sir johannpiber! yes sir, it is her desire, task, assignment,  and vision to turn around the way the jail is run and she is making good progress on that point. The jailers there treat the inmates really bad because the jailers mock and make fun of them, treat them like dirt, curse at them, won't give them basic necessities, etc.
So Mrs. J was shocked when she saw this. 

She treats the inmates with kindness, caring, respect and dignity and they love her for it. In fact, she hasn't had any problems with the inmates, just the other guards who think she should act like they do, basically mean animals with no compassion.

So the other guards go in scowling or cursing and swearing and shouting, full of scorn and disgust...and Mrs. J goes in with joy and laughing and joking with them and walking in love..giving them advice, helping them where she can and treating them like a friend. . . and the results are remarkable. No fighting or anything when Mrs. J is around. 
The whole atmosphere of the jail is changing, it used to be a very dark and depressing place but that is changing. 
They have also talked about putting her in charge of training other officers! That would be wonderful and could change the whole building. This is just the jail, not a prison. Many of the people there haven't even been to trial yet and some are innocent so they should be treated with respect.

The bottom line is that she is totally by herself(well, God is with her) in this and she is changing the whole place by herself and by walking in God's love. It's pretty exciting to see and thank you so much for your kind words, I will tell her.
