hello steemit friends all over the world now,This time I will expand the existing information, about the health of which became the thing that is often less attention by the public at large. Do you like sports? Do you love your heart? how often do you exercise for your heart health?Questions like this that people sometimes do not understand that the importance of health for the Heart.

Various Things are done for Healthy Life, one of which keeps the Heart to stay Healthy. Many people do activities to make them Healthy like Jogging, Gymnastics, etc.

Then, what causes heart disease? Here are some of the causes of heart:

Of the above causes, what symptoms arise?

Symptoms that arise is "Angina", Angina is a chest pain that arises due to decreased blood supply to the heart muscle due to constriction of blood vessels. A person suffering from angina is at higher risk for heart attacks than those who do not suffer from angina.
