When I watched Marshall Rosenberg's talks on Nonviolent Communication, I finally had a really good look at how I was talking to myself. It was quite unkind and pushy and cruel. So I changed that right up! Our inner voice is our parents, I think, until we change it.

@javybar, Definitely our talkative style improve our future life style. Taking and listening equal to communication. If we talk very seriously; positively with others they gives up more valuable things. Probably It would be develop our skills. So I think we must need to make better talking manner.

Buenos días @javybar, tiene razon , recuerdo una ocasion ,llegue al grupo de tercera edad un poco molesta , pense que algunas compañeras me  dirian  algo para molestarme y asi fue , ese día  discuti hasta con el perro , salio  mi temperamento a relucir , y no de la mejor forma , deje de asistir   por mas de un mes .
El punto es , tus energias se transmiten , de alguna manera  estas hacen  lo que tu quieras con tu entorno y las personas .
