My Actifit Report Card: April 24 2019 - Biometric test and Activity hodgepodge
Today I took a “biometric test,” offered by my company. Fortunately the nurse practitioner who takes all the vitals and a certain amount of blood was pretty organized and I was in and out of there. I will get my official BMI and some wellness results soon. But I did get my weight —127 pounds.

Meanwhile, getting steps today was a weird adventure. I think I climbed the six flights of stairs to my floor at least four times (122 steps). At the end of the day I dashed to my daughter’s rugby game, which was great fun. It was a beautiful evening. The featured picture is her being tackled. That’s her in the white shirt to the right.

Then I went back to my office, worked out in the gym there, did more actual work and finally came home about 10:30. Whew! What a day.
