My Actifit Report Card: September 6 2019
This will be short! Iā€™m so thrilled to be heading into a weekend after a long week of work. Plus, so many additional and unexpected things happened this week. For example I have house guests right now, and I just learned of this yesterday. So I may have stayed up a teensy bit late last night cleaning and getting ready  (2:00 a.m.)

But full days and weeks are certainly not all bad. They remind us that we are needed, for example. There is work to be done.

Here are a few pics from the day, including s dinner out with some family members. We laughed so hard. What a fun night! 

And I managed to hit my 10k step goal by walking a lot around the office!
