Getting value for your Steem Monsters cards.

Well, I'm looking on Peak monsters right now again.

What am I seeing? The same cards being sold.

No one has bought these cards.

I've been wanting to sell some of my cards because I'm maxed out my deck and apparently if you really want to play the tournaments you need to have a bunch of rainbow colored decks and not one maxed out single color deck.

That sucks.

It is a lesson that I have now learned but I am not sure why I had to learn it.

So my plan so far has been to sell my maxed out Alpha cards in order to buy a maxed out silver deck of multiple colors.

It doesn't matter to me anymore if it's alpha or beta. However, the prices for the alpha cards have not been looking good.

The same Alpha cards have been up that have been up for like a month or so. I don't want to sell these cards for less than I bought them for especially because I bought them with Steem which was worth about half the price that it's worth now.

If I sell a maxed out skeleton for $0.06 that means I'm selling it for $30. If I sell it for $30 that means I'm selling it for 60 Steem. I bought this card for something like 150 Steem.

That's not very cool and I don't like the idea.

I don't want to say any bad things about the game because I really do like it, but I am still frustrated about the multiple colored decks issue.

I know it will never be resolved because they don't consider it an issue.

I do wish I could just turn around and sell the alpha deck for a better price than I bought it for, or at the very least for a similar amount of Steem and not for a much lower amount which is what is undoubtedly what's going to happen.

Oh well.

I guess you have to really work to get max value for your Steem Monsters cards.

Maybe you'll be able to lease some of your cards and use the proceeds to buy what you need, or at lease what you need. I don't think there is an actual easy way to do that right now but I think it's coming soon.
