**Natalia:**

Hello everyone. Oh, I like this intimate group. I really do. There's something about like one-on-one for me that I really enjoy, but I'm starting to expand to larger groups. 

I kind of feel like this is a nice little comfort zone for me. 

So my name's *Natalia Lopez,* I am a massage therapist here in *St. Petersburg, Florida.* I'm also a cannabis wellness advocate.

Why I call it that is because back in *2016,* during a very difficult time in my life, struggle, like *Jerry* was talking about, I was faced with a very difficult decision. 

I got into a pretty severe car accident and I was told I needed to switch my career. I had just finished massage school and I had carpal tunnel, severe carpal tunnel in both my hands, several injuries in my neck and my spine.

I'm 26, by the way, this happened when I was *21* years old.

That was really heartbreaking even today thinking about it, it kind of makes me well up inside. Seeing and going to doctors and practitioners, and them just, you know, telling me I needed cortisone shots, I needed pills, I needed potential surgeries, that really like shook my world. 

I said, *"You know what? I'm going to go a different route completely."*

My mom being a former nurse had told me, *"You know what? Let's try preventative holistic medicine. Let's look at the alternative routes to healing your body from the inside out."*

I'm very grateful to my mom for instilling that in me and so that is literally what brought me to the door of cannabis. 

Now, when I think of cannabis, I think back to when I was *16* and I was skipping school and I was smoking some weed just to feel good, just to feel good, right?

But, after this car accident, smoking weed no longer satisfied me anymore. I had to look at something that was more long term, something that was actually going to heal me from the inside out. 

That's when I started really researching. I traveled to *Oregon* and traveled to *Denver,* trying as much as I can to find out more about this medicinal healing plant. 

That's exactly what I'm going to be sharing this upcoming *Wednesday,* I'm going to be hosting at the *Awakening Wellness Center* in downtown *St. Pete.* 

I'm very excited to have you all and invite you to come. It's going to be a lot of fun. I'm also going to be sharing some new branding that I'm coming out with, for being a wellness cannabis advocate, as well as sharing some of my medicinal treats. 

I make vegan treats that I've been perfecting over time, and now I feel really confident about producing it and sharing it with you all.

It's definitely something you feel because *CBD* nowadays, at least a lot of the over that we see here, we don't really know if it's working. 

Is it effective? Is it not? 

Can I go to *Walmart* to get *CBD* or can I go to a dispensary to get *CBD?* 

So that's actually what I'm going to fill you in on. I'm going to fill you in on how cannabis is our ally, how it could help you manage your stress, manage your pain, manage anxiety, and how now today I'm a hundred times better than when I was before the car accident. 

I'm stronger. I no longer suffer from nerve pain in my hands and I practice massage still. 

So I'd love to share that with you guys. 

Then it's going to be *Wednesday* from seven to eight, and this is my jam, this is what I love to talk about. So I think it's going to be a lot of fun to share it with you all and yes, it's going to be immersive with questions, comments, concerns, all of the above.

I'm so excited to come see your show on *Wednesday* night. 

Now, next weekend, I'm going to be back next *Saturday.* We're going to talk about health and healing. 

The tip of the iceberg, I used to weight *80* more pounds. I've spent years of my life being sick and today I'm in the best health I've ever been in, and all natural.

I don't take any medications, supplements, or vitamins. I don't do any of that. I get out in the sun and I don't burn unless I'm out there for more than two hours in the middle of the day, like straight.
