Graffiti is a form of ART where in  Bacolod City there are certain places that  allows artist to make a wall art graffiti's.
There is an association that called " ANA " or Association of Negros Artist.  
This group is well known for their advocacy of spreading the different forms of ART not only here in Negros. But in other places with in the Philippines. 

We all know that using aerosol or different kinds of paints to change the physical appearance of the place in public. Like making graffiti is considered vandalism without legal permits. However local governments allowed ANA to make graffiti in selected authorized areas.

Art can be categorized in any forms and any kind. Whatever ever would be the medium or the materials used to create art pieces. Still it considered art no matter how precise is the work result, how perfect it is done or just an ordinary one.
Art is an art and we cant deny the fact that it is made because of  passion and so much love with ART.

Now let me share to you some of the graffiti's in Bacolod City. Give credit to the students of La Consolacion College/High School. These graffiti's are visible in public located near with in the Bacolod public plaza. Going to the direction of capitol street and it is painted on the wall of the said school.

<h2>What comes out to my mind after seeing this Graffiti's</h2>

At first sight what really catches my attention about these form of art.

- Who made this murals?

- Is it a contest?

- What kind of paints they used to create this murals?

- Is it made by Elementary, high school or college students?

- Is it a strategy to convince people to enroll their children in LCC known as best school for Architecture?

- Why most of the themes are related to Bacolod and Negros cultures?

- Do they request also a permit from the city even it is part of the school premises?

- How many days before they finished these graffiti's?

These are the questions that roams in my mind while walking and taking pictures on these set of murals.

Not only in La Consolacion College where you can see wall art. You can try visiting other places like Lacson street, Negros Occidental High School, Rizal street, Burgos Public cemetery and many more.

Most of the scattered graffiti's are made by Association of Negros Artist not by just an ordinary group of artists.
As a former student of Negros Occidental High School before.  I experienced once how to make a mural wall paintings. We used latex water based paints for the walls not exposed to direct rain drops. Then we used enamels for outdoor to make sure that painting will not smudge after it is done and in case heavy rain will down pour.

I also seen some group of people making graffiti's using aerosol paint or spray paints. Which is looks more vibrant and lively due to quality of the materials that is used.

Some people who  are not educated and aware about graffiti considered this art as a vandalism.
Art is not only visible in art shops, gallery, museums or time capsules. Arts is everywhere and no distinct place or kind how the way it is accomplished by artistically inclined people. 
You don't need to become a certified or true artist. As long as you made it with love and desire of your heart. That is the most important medium to consider your work as the best art.

Every artist have their own styles and techniques how they do it. They don't need to be parallel in terms of making exceptional arts. Sometimes simplicity gathered so much respect, not because of the ordinary materials being used. But because of emotions you can feel and visible to that ART.
