母亲节快乐--避风塘龙虾钳
这周metro龙虾特价，7.99/bl，买了五只，昨天每人一只焗龙虾，然后由于烤盘太小放不进龙虾钳子了，所以今天剩了一堆龙虾钳子，葱姜吃腻了，改成避风塘的，也很好吃。
材料：龙虾钳子5对加一堆龙虾脚脚，面包糠，葱，姜
做法：钳子洗干净用刀背劈开过一层玉米淀粉，进空气炸锅400华氏度6分钟

锅内放油，大火，下葱姜末，出香味后放面包糠，翻炒一下，放入炸过的龙虾钳子，放盐黑胡椒粉，翻炒一下，起过，开吃。
