*Will you come with me to the forest? A lot of pine trees grow in Pilsen, they are tough trees. Do not forget to take a sample box with you or a microscope. The forest is beautiful, there is healthy air and life all around us. Forest is also full of interesting objects to explore.
First, let's look under our feet where the pillows grow. We take the sample and put it on the microscope slide. We set the magnification to 100, then to 150 and finally we will see the individual cells to magnify 400x.*

Půjdete se mnou do lesa? Na Plzeňsku roste hodně borovic, jsou to houževnaté stromy. Nesmíme si zapomenout vzít s sebou krabičku na vzorky, či přímo mikroskop. V lese je krásně, je tu zdravý vzduch a život všude kolem nás. Les je také plný zajímavých objektů ke zkoumání. 
Nejdříve se podíváme pod naše nohy, kde rostou mechové polštáře. Odebereme vzorek a dáme na sklíčko mikroskopu. Nastavíme zvětšení na 100, pak 150 a nakonec uvidíme jednotlivé buňky na zvětšení 400x.

Od mechu se přemístíme na kmen borovice. Najdeme tu nějakou formu plísně. Že se nám nelíbí? Ale co, nevadí, šup s ní pod mikroskop! Nastavíme zvětšení na 100x, 150x a 200x.

A heleme se! O kousek dál na větvičce břízy je pěkný bílý chomáč. To je krásná plíseň. To se to bude zkoumat...
Dáme pár vláken na sklíčko... Zvětšení 150x a 300x. Tahle plíseň má krásná vlákna.

A naši procházku lesem zakončíme v korunách stromů, u smrkového jehličí. Můžeme posbírat i nějaké to spadané. Na mikroskopu máme zvětšení 400x a 600x.
