Well not exactly FREE but if one is just an active player of the game (GENSHIN IMPACT), one could easily get one of the best 4-star character in the game FISCHL.

All one has to do is complete the "time-limited" Unreconciled Stars quest (PRINZESSIN'S PACT) which I personally believe the best event the developers of the game since the game's conception. Unlike the previous events, this one has A LOT OF REWARDS especially PRIMOGEMS, TALENT MATERIALS and TALENT LEVEL UP BOOKS.

Sure it costs RESINS but unlike the previous events, using RESINS on the current ongoing event is soooo worth it.

I also love how there is an option to do the quest as a "Single Player" or by "Co-Op". I for one really prefer to do it in Single-Player mode since my play time is irregular.

What I really love about her being in Constellation 3 is that it increases the level of NIGHTRIDER. I have DILUC as my main DPS and FISCHL as a support so that increase level of NIGHTRIDER would really do wonders of damage on my DILUC + FISCHL combo. XD
