#### Today i will be talking about your health. I can repeat the above words a million times, without apology! I have seen people die suddendly. I have seen people die slowly and God is sending me to tell you that you must carefully monitor your health this year because you can't find success in the hospital, except through Jehovah's HEALING TOUCH! But you must know that MAINTAINING A GOOD HEALTH IS BETTER THAN SEEKING HEALING DUE TO BAD HEALTH!

#### The Lord is saying to you today: *Develop good and healthy habits this year*. *Keep yourself in good shape*. I know of, *'successful'* people who are carrying one kind of pain, sickness or the other, because they fail to discipline themselves. They fail to watch their diet! Learn to get away from the double F's. What i mean is fast foods, *"food-less foods" and the *"fiber-less foods." There is no nutritional value whatsoever in such food instead focus on alkalizing foods (foods that are raw). It's your fruits and your vegetable that will assist your bodies. One of the things we want to do is to keep the body in homeostasis (or proper balance), because as long as the body is in proper balance, the body will fix whatever is wrong. If you cut your arm, it will start to heal naturally.

#### They fail to exercise by discipline! They forget that even fasting (going without food for a while), is an exercise, Enjoy your life as heaven blesses you, but don't eat or drink what will bring about your obituary! Play some kind of sports, WALK or jog often just to keep in shape. Reduce the files you carry home from the office. *Office is for work. The home is for rest or sleep!* Get regular productive sleep (I personally, am guilty of this and have decided to increase my sleep this year to 6 hour daily). 
#### Do you know that millions are in the hospitals looking for sleep? *Do you know that Americans spend about $4.5 billion in 2013 on sleeping drugs?* Why are you wasting yours? God wants to still use your body to terrorize the gates of hell on this planet. Don't kill yourself through bad health habits! Wisdom is the principal thing. Reduce your sugar and salt intake.

#### Diabetes or obesity are not your portion! Reduce your caffeine (Coffee) intake! Take lots of vegetables/vitaminous foods because you need energy to work for and with God! If you can, do a regular, medical check up! *If you are too busy for check ups, the devil may check you out of this world sooner than later!* Why did Eglon the powerful king of Moab (then like U.S.A) die a miserable death so fast? In (judges 3:17)
>So he brought the tribute to Eglon king of Moab. (Now Eglon was a very fast man.)

#### Eglon was a very fat man, so the dagger of Ehud entered so easily without resistance! God allowed his health problem to be used to kill him! Take care of your body! *You must personally unwrap Lazarus after God resurrects him! 
#### Start an exercise programme for the next 30 days, then re-appraise and tell us your result! Watch your words, think good thoughts, refuse to worry, always bubble even in trouble, change your name to joy and then you will enjoy the good of the land in the land of the living!
#### Oh, there is no success in the hospital!
