Recently I found an interesting new pepper sauce I had never tried before. Cambodia is famous for its variety of pepper and in this instance it contains two of its Protected Geographical Indicators.  I love the health benefits listed below which claim to *instantly glamorize every dish! 😉* I didn't know my dishes needed to be *glamorized* but I am sure they will enjoy it...  I also like that the product is *100% natural* and is made from a recipe which is over 1000 years old!  The color is very interesting as is the taste. The sauce is viscous and a deep green almost like jalapino sauce. I tried a couple of drops in a soup and it was tasty.  I will do some further investigation into this sauce. Perhaps I can find someone to tell me further information about the history of this pepper sauce and even try making some myself.
