DTube - @jockey Finally Cooks & Speaks - Fire Pit Cambodia - White Miso Soup Recipe! 😀

This is the first video you can see me in.  I’m cooking miso soup in a fire pit in Cambodia!  ☀️

I edited the audio separately from the video and sped the video up x 2 so that instead of watching and listening to me for 10 minutes we can now make it 5!  😉

I like cooking and do a lot of it.  I built this fire pit specifically so i would have somewhere to cook for Steemit and DTube.

I hope you will like my cooking - it is always with my style and a smile!  Although there will be a lot of vegan and vegetarian dishes that may change given the quality of seafood in Cambodia.  I’m happy with the vegetables at the moment!  😉

The ingredients for this soup were:
- vegan stock
- smashed and chopped ginger
- smashed garlic
- smashed Kampot salt
- potato
- tomato
- tofu *- dried a bit*
- white beans
- white onions
- white miso paste

*Later I added chili for myself.  Some spring onion, fish sauce or Tamari would have been nice - still nice when it's simple like this!*

I also hope the sound and video speeding up were not to horrible too watch.  It is fair to admit this is the first video I have tried to make like this!
