It's summer, time to fresh drinks. 
Lovely foodtruck in the city.

부에노스 아이레스는 오늘 31도.
어릴때 좋아하던 밀크쉐이크 보단 이젠 얼음동동 아이스아메리카노를 선호하지만 오늘은 사랑스런 밀크쉐이크 트럭을 그려봤습니다.

본래는 민트색의 깜찍한 푸드트럭인데 민트색이 없어 내가 좋아하는 초록으로 대체합니다...
여기는 남미의 파리라 불리는데 아마도 그 파리스러움은 이 네모난 돌로 포장된 거리가 한몫 하는게 아닐까 싶은데요.
Adoquin 도로를 달리면 자동차에서 진동이 꽤 심하기 때문에 운전자들이 선호하지 않아서 조금씩 아스팔트로 대체되고 있지만... 
개인적으로 부에노스 아이레스의 이 돌길이 너무 멋지고 운치있어 다 없어지는 않았으면 하는 바램입니다. 

18세기 초부터 2만 6천 블럭에 해당되는 부에노스 아이레스 도시의 도로포장이 시작 되었는데요, 20 * 15 센티의 반듯하게 깎은 돌로 모든 거리를 포장하기 시작했습니다. 처음엔 브라질의 마르틴 가르시아 섬에서 포장돌을 수입하였습니다. 그 후 19세기부턴 좀더 좋은 품질의 포장돌을 영국의 갈레스 지방에서 들여오기 시작했습니다. 
그러나 높은 가격으로 대량 구매되던 영국산 제품을 포기하고 국내 생산을 시도하게 되었습니다. 이 작업을 위해 이태리 장인들이 대거 투입되었다고 하네요. 그리하여 20세기 초부터는 탄딜 지역에서 생산된 국내 포장돌을 사용해 공사를 진행하였습니다.
그러나 이제 수많은 건축과 도시 재구성 그리고 자동차를 위한 최적의 환경을 제공하기 위해 아도킨포장도로는 거의 사라지고 26.000 블럭에서 4천 블럭으로 축소 되었습니다.

모든게 실용적인 것으로 대체되는 세대에 살다 보니, 멋짐만을 추구하고 살 수는 없겠지만... 
수백년이 흘러도 견고하게 유지되온 멋진 아도킨 돌길이 아스팔트로 뒤덮혀 한줄 한줄 도시에서 사라지는게 참으로 안타깝네요.

달달한 쉐이크는 누구나 사랑하는 아이템이죠... ♥ 기분좋아지는 달다구리를 너무 좋아하다보니 요즘은 당을 좀 조심해야겠다는 생각이 부쩍 커지고 있어요.. 근데 아이스크림과 쉐이크의 계절인 여름엔 참 힘드네요. ㅎㅎ

네, 그러게 말여요... 시민들이 아도킨도로를 없애지 못하게 시위도 하고 그러는데 소용이 없는듯 해요.  계속해서 한블럭 한블럭 멋진 돌길은 평범한 아스팔트로 변경되고, 종종 갈곳 잃은 영국 수입품 돌들이 암시장에서 판매 되더라구요...
