Oh wow you're getting me excited :) A year to figure out, thats quite a fair amount of time. I'm pumped to hear more. I hear what you're saying about the transformative nature, I've been working with a Chef who was having a tough time with stress and depression and since he's been here he's doing great. He's not all about the money either. He spends time to visit and help with other team mates..point is this place has transformed him. Its amazing. I'm working on bringing in a woman friend like him in hopes she will find the same thing. 

I hope the same thing doesnt happen though that happen last summer. I'm doing my best to keep in touch with new members and make sure their having a good experience. So far so good, my whole little network of minnows like me are doing well :) good times!
