Torta de chocolate sin horno
Rico bizcocho cubierto de chocolate, no contiene huevos, ni leche y se puede preparar perfectamente en la sartén.

Para quienes se les antoja un postrecito y quieren prepararlo en casa sin muchas cosas quedense a leer.

Ingredientes para el bizcocho:
1 taza de azúcar
1/2 taza de aceite
1 taza de agua con 1/2 cucharada de esencia de vainilla (mezclados)
1 taza y 1/2 de harina todo uso
2 cucharadas de polvo de hornear
3 cucharadas de cacao en polvo (cocoa)

Ingredientes para la cobertura de chocolate:
1 taza de azúcar
1taza de agua
2 cucharadas de mantequilla o margarina
3 cucharadas de maicena (fécula de maíz)
3 cucharadas de cacao en polvo.

Porciones: 6

preparación:

En un envase colocar el azúcar, el aceite y mezclar;  luego agregar la mitad de la harina y mitad de liquido  (agua de vainilla) remover un poco e  incorporar el resto de harina, liquido y polvo de hornear mezclando enérgicamente.

luego en una sartén mediana (preferiblemente de teflón) barnizar con apenas un poco de mantequilla (muy poco tome como referencia la cantidad de pasta dental que aplica al cepillarse)

Verter la mezcla y tapar la sartén, el truco está en colocar el sartén sobre un budare o plancha o grill, y cocinarlo a fuego medio/bajo,  en mi caso utilicé una pequeña sartén para asar que no uso porque me resultó de mala calidad así que la ocupo para fabicar "el hornito express"

Para saber cuando está lista se pincha con un palito y si sale seco ya está.
mientras se enfría retirar la tapa para evitar que sude el bizcocho.

para preparar la cobertura en una ollita colocar las dos cucharadas de mantequilla y a fuego lento derretir, es cuestión de segundos, retirar del fuego agregar el resto de los ingredientes y con un batidor de varillas disolver para evitar los grumos de maicena. a continuación colocar a fuego lento removiendo constantemente cuando empiece a hervir sólo dejar al fuego por 1 minuto y ya está.
