So an Auto flowering Cannabis plant can go from seed to bud in about 8 weeks, Saving a fortune in electricity and letting you get to smoke/process your Bud a long time before you would normally ! 
So there are most definitely upsides to Auto flowering plants 
The downside is the yield per plant. I grew these for the first time last summer, and although impressed with the speed at which they grew (and the taste and high) I found that the yield per plant was very poor ( I only averaged about 2 oz a plant dry weight ) which I found a little disappointing . I will be trying again this year, But using Bubbleponics (so I can have control of the Nutrients, as in any other medium you plant there are already enough Nutrients in there to keep them going until harvest, adding more would burn the plants ) So for me the only down side was Yield which I will work on this year !

So VS a Normal feminised seed,
  which takes double the time to grow, and depending what lights you use (I use 600watt HPS) can be very expensive to run when on for anything from 18hr a day right up to 24hr (which a friend assures me gets him better results ,but I'm yet to be convinced, I believe they need there dark time ) so the lights coupled with your fans etc.. mounts up on your electric bill over the 16 week time period it takes to grow the seed, But the yield is much more impressive . The down side to this method is, I live in the UK where Cannabis, even if grown for medical reasons is still illegal and so getting caught is a real possibility ! 
So on the one hand we have Auto flowers, which can have bud done in 8 weeks, but with only a small yield (but I'm sure its possible to get bigger yields , I'm just not used to growing these yet ) or on the other hand...
I go back to normal feminised seeds that take twice the time ,use twice the electric and double your chances of getting caught! 
But for a bumper crop if you don't ! So my question is...
Which seeds would you use ? the Autos or the Feminised ?
