because they dont gaf :P - as long as ppl are buying and powering, and its working ( even if bits are busted, is irrelevant

if it goes insolvent as it was steem, then the other will eat it - but for now, they both have bits, and double dip

Well they did incorporate TRX into the platform, so there is that. At the moment steemit just looks like a way they can expose more people to Tron and TRX. They said they have more plans for steemit.com in the future, not sure they have any more plans for STEEM though?
