Saludos comunidad hoy les traigo esta reflexión sobre el enojo. Ciertamente cuando estamos enojados solemos actuar sin pensar y al final nos arrepentimos de las cosas que hicimos. El enojo es un estado que trae desdicha, cuando estamos enojados nunca encontraremos la solución a nuestros problemas.
