I've been on steem for more than two years now and people complain of money or support not being a primary motivation when they post. This baffles me because when you begin working in a new job, do they make you a Manager? Or outrightly give you six months of your salary do you can spend around? Absolutely no! Developing the right mindset towards doing something Worthy is the key to do Finding a secondary motivation where money isn't available. For example I see a lot of posts, Sports post with relatively 5 to 6 lines and no passion, no beautiful headline or topic to attract the attention of potential rewarders cum consumers and they lament that steem is favourable. The truth is if you're expectant to earn and your contribution or work towards that goal doesn't rhyme with your hunger for money then it's totally baseless. So many companies runs television advertising in millions of money spent, yet they didn't really realise revenue to cover these costs, does this mean they have to close their company?

If you can see steem as a source of income, then you have to kill the mindset that it's easy to earn. If you feel you need to do more to get a day job because there'll be financial returns then why can't you give steem a maximum commitment? A little promotion and even invest as well? When I was working in a particular firm we were made to wear the firm's branded clothes or there'll be 3% off in our salaries we were made to invest 1% of our salaries if we needed a raise in salaries and even when I understand that this isn't so cool I had to see that the company was making sure we promoted them since we basically earned from them. So give steem some sort of commitment and even when your primary motivation to post is money, which isn't really happening big, why don't you find a secondary motivation? 

In my opinion if I had the opportunity I'll make a fork that will take 1% of everyone's earning employ a team that'll will rigorously market steem because I believe being here in the future shouldn't be about taking and taking alone. When you look at steem you'll see that prices are the number one prerequisite Which people adjudicates it's success and this set of people who feels so are the ones who don't want to build but only take. For example I find it absurd that a person can post on our own decentralized dtube about how to earn on YouTube but they can't Post on YouTube about how to invest or build with steem on their YouTube channel. The take and take only mentality is the reason why steem is moving really slow and I believe as much as we need adoption we don't need poacher who sees opportunity to make money but not see an opportunity to reinvest just a little of what they basically make.


Mind you, steem is a venture and it works like any company or any firm out there, so don't say because it's a blockchain or crypto it's only meant for taking, if you're earning less, how much quality have you put into contenting? How many times do you go the extra mile by rigorously engaging in the activities here? Or are you just a hypocrite? Steem is fragile as much as you see your daily jobs, you work hard to earn promotion, so also it's the same here, you put in everything you've got yo recognition and you invest your energy and resource to get double pay in some companies you even pay taxes, so what's the hypocrisy about? Fine steem is going through sturdy waters but then should you call it a backward project? I'm tired of people saying steem is their worst investment so far even when they raked in thousand of dollars during the bull market, that money how much of it did you put back? Don't forget money Makes money, you don't make money out of nothing and you don't collect where your efforts are not there. Simply help steem up the summit. Let money keep being the motivation but sensibility in Understanding how steem works will help you help this amazing project.
