Manchester United and Arsenal did all the spending in the transfer window but it seems Chelsea who had a transfer ban coupled with losing their best player in Eden Hazard is currently coping beyond all odds. Infact many pundits touted Manchester United to compete with Liverpool and Arsenal  for the Premier League title  but some individual players has failed in their responsibilities at old Trafford even when the new signings in James and Wan Bissaka has just been decent and nothing spectacular in my opinion the reasons for this is that some individual senior players Like Paul Pogba at United has failed to turn up and this is  different from the case at Chelsea.
Unarguably Jorginho was the most hated player at Stamford Bridge last season always boed at every wrong touch and also allegedly culpable to unproductive passes or back passes without any creative outcome being a midfielder who runs the show from midfield. However the question on the lips of every Stamford Bridge faithful is what has Frank Lampard done right with Jorginho? 


Jorginho is a new man from when we was playing Under Maurizzio Sarri of which he managed one goal and no assist in more than 30 appearances for the blues and just three months later, there's this ability to play forward paces, control the midfield tempo, excel in the quick one, two short passes and of course play in dangerous balls into the eighteen yard box like no other. One thing I think here is that former manager Sarri is hell bent on his style of football which kills the individual abilities of his players. Jorginho was used mainly to play tiki taka, building from the back and having the extra job of playing the role of Ngolo Kante as well. If you must know Jorginho was a very light player coming into a very physical league as the EPL and filling into the role of a defensive and an attacking midfielder didn't work out so well. In ernest it's really different Under Frank Lampard and here's why.


Frank Lampard's approach is like Pep Guardiola's Manchester city, attacking football with a compact directness rather than building from the back and Indirect passing tiki taka football. Jorginho has had Mason Mount and Kovacic to help him in midfield lately and with the 442 or 443 formation Jorginho now has a freer role and his abiilites as a player is beginning to suffice. Make no mistake Jorginho played this pattern at Napoli and he excelled perfectly fine but why is this so? The reason is because he had a different crop of players around him and it failed woefully because he could not replicate the same set of players at the bridge, however he's discovered a new panacea to his game and  the new formation allows him to be freer to play to his strength. Needless to say Jorginho's ability comes with the freedom to explore and Frank Lampard gives this to them, look at the belter scored by Fikayo Tomori a defender coming from the youth system. Under Sarri it was difficult to find goals because everyone was locked in trying to play to the Italian wish and this isn't Lampard. He himself was a midfielder who thrived on the freedom he was given and when you see 18 year olds like Billy Gilmore coming in to boss the midfielder in Carling Cup games then who is Jorginho not to discover a new ability to his game? 



**In Conclusion** it's a whole new season and the mentality would've been different, Sarri Was a task Master but Frank Lampard is a revolutionary despite the inexperienced yet. In my opinion there might still be room for Jorginho to score goals this season because Lampard is a revitalizer and if you look at players like Willian, you'd definitely see this, I believe managers should let their players date to follow their instinct rather than playing to the book at all time and this is what makes Teams like Real Madrid so exceptional and not Zinedine Zidane by all means. Looking at Jorginho I see a star that might do great things in two to three years being in Stamford Bridge and what's the reason? The Frank Lampard's factor.
