Chelsea undoing in the current EPL campaign might just be injuries. Because it keeps increasing and keeps niggling makes me really want to wonder if Chelsea has got the best medical staff in the English Premier League just like they used to do. I was wondering why Hazard never really got injured for a long spell at Chelsea, and now that he is currently at Madrid he is currently facing a fairly long time out. Does this means that Frank Lampard has also changed the medical team as well? *Because it's as if injuries to important players might be the reason why Chelsea match and trophy list or worse, not even qualify for the Champions League* needless to say that angle is somewhere nobody has really been focusing on.


**Lampard is currently has 40% in his performance so far in my opinion. Because I haven't really seen that tactical geniusness  to come from him. Or that massive substitution that might change the outcome of a game.** So that leaves an important aspect of Chelsea Football Club never really been discussed of course which is the niggling injury problems which players like Ngolo Kante has suffered from. The defence line has been very poor and terrible decisions have been made the latest of these terrible decisions is sending Bakayoko back to Monaco when Kante is still out. So what are the medical team really doing in order to salvage these injuries? How about Rudiger? Who has been out for more than five months? will you trust a defence line of Zouma to take you into the champions league spot?.


It leaves Chelsea in a delicate spot **because every team that comes across them want to take away points from them** simply because of the history of their leaking defence in the current campaign and uncertain midfield without the solidity of Ngolo Kante. And this is the reason why it seems as if every team that has faced Chelsea this season has gotten an extra vibe or vigour to take a shot at them which has always paid off. *In a nutshell* if the injured Chelsea players can come back quicker then it may reduce Frank Lampard's burden of wanting to do the extraordinary seeing that he is still an inexperienced manager with so many calls to make. So apart from the fact that I think the team lacks discipline and the team lacks a leader and the commander **no offense to Cesar Azpilicueta,** I also think the team lacks a good medical team, because I remain uncertain of this factor.


In other words, Chelsea might definitely still have a shot at a Champions League spot if they their season can automatically and surprisingly change but this doesn't all boil down to Frank Lampard, there's different factor that's got to comes into play. He should be concerned (Lampard) about this factor and why is this? **Sometimes football managers needs to be aided in doing their job so pleasantly and the smoothly and this is exactly what Pep Guardiola is enjoying at Manchester City.** In other words he took a team in chaos and wouldn't really be playing with if Chelsea finish sixth or seventh position because of so many factors coming into play like the transfer ban so why can't Chelsea utilise or tackle the area they can handle? And leave the unforeseen circumstances like the transfer ban? *In my opinion the injury problem is a situation they can basically salvage if they maybe change their medical team or add to the medical team in order to work on their player's niggling injury problems* especially the ones that make up the real core of the team.
