And I realized that no matter how "big or small" some consider the activity you do, the important thing is the value that you give yourself, and this value is implicit in everything you do, in each of the activities , since the day begins until it ends.

When we speak of commitment, we refer to that identification, to that responsibility that we feel towards something or someone (even, and I think it is the most important thing) or towards ourselves, without being forced or forced. Then, I will put my point of view in relation to this, and that way, I think it affects how the world in general today, but also how something so simple, within everyone's reach we could improve it.
